Our FY24 results

Our FY24 numbers are in and we are incredibly proud of the result delivered through much hard work by our exceptional team across five locations and the support of our investor and borrower clients.

“As we review our performance for FY24, I would like to reflect on our journey, and acknowledge our remarkable achievements, to date.

We have grown from an idea seven years ago into a leading, independent alternative investment manager focused on commercial real estate debt.

In 2017, we embarked on a journey to redefine investment possibilities for investors with high bank deposit balances by giving them access to CRED-focused alternative investment opportunities, presented transparently as annuitised investments. $2bn and 7 years later, and I think we have made our point!

Our target for FY25 is to cautiously and conservatively increase our FUM, and to access additional opportunities available to us, as we grow. Critically, we remain committed to sourcing top quality alternative investment options from our accredited borrower clients and trusted introducers, and to innovate and diversify the way these can be structured and delivered.

Our mission is to deliver predictable, consistent, annuity-type returns transparently and reliably over successive years, which when viewed with hindsight over several years, represent strong compounded returns, at acceptable and manageable risk.

A good illustration of this mission in action is that an investment of $100,000 in the Zagga Feeder Fund (est. Dec. 2019), with returns reinvested, would be worth over $150,000 today.

The safekeeping of our clients’ investment capital is our constant focus. Their trust and confidence in our ability to achieve this, demonstrated by their loyal and incremental support, is all the motivation we need to relentlessly do this better every day.”
